If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please return your item along with the receipt.
We are happy to refund any items, as long as they are returned to us in their original condition within 21 days of purchase. Any non-clothing items must be returned with their original packaging undamaged. We are also happy to exchange goods, however please note we charge £3.00 within the UK to cover postage for new items to be sent out. Customers outside the UK please note that we will charge the standard postage cost to your country.
Any returns from outside the European Union must be clearly marked "Returned Goods, Failed Sale" otherwise customs charges may be inccured and we will be unable to accept the return.
Any postage costs that occur can not be refunded.
If we have sent you an item which is different to that which is listed on your invoice we will be happy to make an exchange and pay your first class postage costs for returning the item.
